A partnership or cooperation arrangement with GAPAF does not by itself constitute governmental recognition, regulatory authority, exclusivity or endorsement beyond the express terms of the relevant written agreement.

FROM DIALOGUE TO COOPERATION

1. Initial dialogue — The organisations exchange institutional profiles, priorities and potential areas of common interest.

2. Scope and due diligence — The parties clarify their respective mandates, expected contributions, compliance requirements and intended beneficiaries.

3. Agreed framework — Where appropriate, cooperation is formalised through a written document defining objectives, roles, timelines, communications and review arrangements.

4. Implementation and review — Activities are delivered in coordination with designated representatives and reviewed against the agreed objectives.
